Description
The Sourdough English Muffins are made with live starter and are hand-kneaded. One bag of a half-dozen weighs just under 2 lbs. These Muffins are normally sold in quantities of half-dozen and one-dozen.
Note that this product takes two days to produce:
(1) Dough preparation day.
(2) The baking day.
Please select either a half-dozen or a whole dozen.
Example:
Adding 3 at half-dozen means 3 x 6 = 18 muffins.
Adding 3 at one-dozen means 3 x 12 = 36 muffins.
