Description

The Cranberry Walnut Sourdough Loaf is made with live starter and is also hand-kneaded like the Classic Sourdough Loaf. This bread is sold as a medium or large loaf.

Note that this product takes two days to produce:

(1) Dough preparation day with extended time for cranberry and walnut preparation.
(2) The baking day.
