If you like French pastries, then our Macaron is sure to delight.  We spent a long while refining this process to produce one of the best tasting culinary arts pastry that we could make. The result is a Macaron with a firm shel that cracks and gently compresses without being flakey and a sweetness that’s present, without overpowering the natural fruit flavors. We use real fruit as the base in every one of our fillings so there’s an extra splash of flavor. For those of you that like Macarons, you’re in for a treat.
