Cristiane is a Brazilian-born artisan baker who has lived and studied abroad within European nations. She was educated in gastronomy and additionally operated restaurants in Spain. Her travels eventually took her through Italy, France, Austria, and Portugal, to name a few. These experiences are where she acquired her passion for the sweeter side of culinary arts. After a decade in the U.S., she’s now creating a cultural fusion of delightful breads, pastries, and cakes.
