What sets your Muffin apart from the rest?
Flavor! We figured out how to create a hint of sweetness while the dough is cooking so that the flavor stands out when you take a bite. We like to toast the muffin halves, and place scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, hash browns, and a choice of sauces on the bread. The muffins that I purchased from the store are thinner and lighter, what gives?
We want to share a little secret. If you were to travel to England and order what we call an English Muffin, it’s not the same as what you’re doing to find at the store. Because of manufacturing here in the U.S., the food industry has made a very thin and airy muffin with large voids from air bubbles during baking. Contrary to this, the English have a much more dense muffin, similar to what we produce here. In fact, did you know that most people in England poke fork tines into the side of the muffin and work their way around in a circle until the muffin has a bisecting line that aids in more easily separating the bread? We figured that if we’re going to produce sourdough, then we’re going to give your the best that you can purchase. We make a plump and dense muffin that’s sure to sit with you longer than some of the leading flour biscuits.
How long do these take to fulfill?
Just like all of our other sourdough products, we need two days to fulfill these items.
(1) Day one for dough preparation.
(2) Day two for baking.

How big are these English Muffins?
These muffins are between 4-5 inches big. They are about an inch thick and they are dense.
